Acceptance of these terms
By making a booking, attending a class or using any service offered by Davelona, you agree to the terms set out on this page. If you are booking on behalf of a group, you accept these terms for every person in that group. If you do not agree with any part of them, please contact us before you book.
Bookings and confirmations
A booking is only confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from us by email or text message. We hold unconfirmed requests for up to 48 hours. For the private chef's table and private group classes, a deposit is required before the date is locked in.
- Arrive within 15 minutes of your booking time. Longer delays may mean your table is released.
- Party size must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the booking. Reductions may still be charged at the original headcount.
- Dietary requirements and allergies must be declared at least four days before service so the kitchen can source around them.
Pricing and payment
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Menu prices can change without notice, but the price confirmed in your booking email is the price you pay. We accept major cards and bank transfer. A surcharge may apply to some card types.
Conduct in the venue
Davelona is a licensed venue. We may refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, behaves aggressively, or disrupts other guests. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the premises, furniture or equipment during their booking.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the dining room or the kitchen.
- Personal items are your responsibility. We are not liable for loss or damage to valuables left unattended.
- Photography is welcome in the dining room. Filming commercial content requires prior written permission.
Liability
We take food safety seriously, but if you have an allergy it is your responsibility to disclose it clearly before the meal. To the extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website is the version that applies to your booking. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the site and, where practical, tell you directly.
