Davelona is a restaurant at 1341 Dandenong Road, Chadstone VIC 3148, Australia. We run a dining room, a private chef's table and a pasta cooking school. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

We only collect what we need to take a booking, run a class and keep the kitchen operating legally. That normally comes down to the following:

- Payment details processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.

We use your details to confirm bookings, prepare food around allergies and dietary needs, process payments and answer your questions. We may also send you a short follow-up message after a visit, and if you have opted in, occasional news about seasonal menus and upcoming classes.
We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We only pass data to suppliers who help us operate, such as our booking platform, email service and payment processor, and they are bound by their own confidentiality obligations.
How long we keep your information
Booking records are kept for seven years to meet Australian tax and accounting requirements. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw your consent. Website analytics data is kept in an aggregated form and is not linked back to you as an individual.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what personal information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete records that we are not legally required to keep. To make a request, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
